in advance. The lessee will also shoulder/(pay for) the value added
taxes (VAT) which are (or will be) imposed/required by the government.

This contract is between (first person/group), and (second person/group).
The two persons/groups agree as follows:
1. The owner of the lot/space (first group) will allow the second group to
lease/borrow the lot/space from (start date) to (end date)
2. The second group (lessee) will pay the rental fee in advance, and also
pay for value added taxes (VAT) required by the government.
