How to be sure that we won't scam/trick you
We can only receive the payment/fees and other packages that you will give
if we either inform you of the name of the recipient, our bank account number,
etc. Banks and/or delivery service companies require either of those, so in
case that you have doubts (or is unsure) of whether we will not deliver the
products/items, then kindly record our name and contact information.
However, we don't have any plans on scamming our customers/contributors, so
you can be sure of our honesty.
Currency/type of money to use/send
You may choose to send your payment in US Dollars ($), or Philippine pesos.
Or, you could ask the delivery service company (example: Western Union) to
convert it for you.
Negotiable prices/fees
As much as possible all of the prices of our products are negotiable. In fact,
you can offer other types of payment such as service, materials, etc. Examples
are:
1. You will write an article for us in exchange for one of our products and/or
services.
2. You will give us 2 free copies of your book (if you have one).
How to send to us.
Before continuing with this section, please read our terms and conditions so
you would know what products/services we don't create/serve.
Our office/group is based in the Philippines.
You may send packages/payment to us through any of the following services:

For one or more of the following delivery services (such as Western Union),
we may need to verify or make sure that you have sent cash/packages through
them. Since most delivery companies do not call us to notify if your package/
cash is ready, we may need to ask for an assurance from you:
Please send us a cellphone/mobile load of 30. The transportation costs that
we will need to spend to go to the following companies/establishments is more
or less of that amount (about 30 pesos). You may deduct or subtract the 30
load from your payment.
For example, if you must pay us 500 pesos, then please subtract 30 if you
will send us the load.
However, you don't need to send the load and rather you may choose to pay
the full amount of 500 if you can wait until the time when we go near to
the following companies. For example, if we have a business trip on Friday
to somewhere near Western Union, we may pick up your payment on the way.
If however, you want it to be a "rush" request (you want us to go there
as soon as possible, then please send us the 30 requested cellphone load.
1. Western Union - please enter the name "Christopher Ian S. Juarez" as the
recipient or beneficiary.
2. Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop Pera Padala - The address of this pawnshop is
the following (please go there to send the money to us):
New Farmers Plaza, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City
Please inform us of the Pera Padala Number that they will give you, and
your name.
3. MoneyGram Money Transfer - If this delivery services requires the following
information, kindly provide such to them:
Name: Christopher Ian S. Juarez
Country: Philippines
You may request for additional information from us if necessary/required.
4. LBC - We may require an additional $0.37 if we need to go to a branch that
they will specify/inform us.
Please keep any pin numbers or information that these services will give
you.
Why we don't accept credit cards at the moment
As for now we don't accept credit card numbers when paying us fees. Although
we will soon be able to accept us (as we are currently making preparations
for such), we still encourage consumers to deliver fees/payments in cash or
in kind either through our bank account(s) and delivery service companies
(such as Western Union).
Such is so because credit card numbers can easily be stolen, and the card
holder/owner could be in a very large debt because of such. Of course, we
don't want to be blamed or accused of abusing/mis-using any customer's
credit card.
That is why we are more concerned on accepting payments through means/ways
other than credit cards.
Refund policy
You may request for a refund/return of the packages/fees if:
1. We haven't started/delivered the product/service yet. Depending on the
situation, we may give considerations.
2. We are not able to do what we promised.
3. The fees that you sent have a remaining or unused balance:
For example: If you sent us 1000 pesos and we only deducted 900 (for fees,
labor costs, expenses, etc), then there is an unused payment of 100 pesos.
You may request for a refund/return, but by sending you the money/package,
we must also deduct the amount that the delivery service requires. For
example: if the delivery service company requires 40 pesos to deliver the
100 pesos, then we will deduct that amount. Your balance (refund) will then
be 60 pesos.
Also, if we need to go to the delivery service office, then we may need to
charge for transportation and labor fees as well, so that we may go there and
refund the balance.
You may then choose to let us keep the balance for a while, just in case that
you decide to buy other items later on. If you have a balance and you wish to
buy other items, then the balance (or a part of it) can be used as a partial
or whole payment of the other items.
Other fees that you might pay
Some countries and cities charge for additional fees when you import/export/
receive materials or products. Please check or request for information in your
area to find out more about this, and kindly add the fees that they require
in the payment/items that you will send to us.
If we need to send a package or money to you, we must also ask for some
additional fees, depending on what the countries/locations we are in ask for.
How to inform us after sending money/packages
Please read our contact information to know how you can inform us. Then,
kindly inform us that you have sent the package/money.
