Have you ever encountered singing or agreeing to an online contract or
terms of agreement?
If so, have you also worried that the company or organization you signed
an agreement with would suddenly change the online contract and accuse you
of violating it?

How to protect yourself against changes in the contract
There are many free service providers out there, but of course many websites
require that you sign up or approve an online contract. But, the thing is,
there is the huge possibility that they would soon change/revise the contract
to make it appear that the service is not free, but needs to be paid.
Thus, you might become surprised that you are being charged a large amount
of money for a fee, when you thought that the service is free.
The problem is, there is no actual or physical contract (a piece of paper
which proves the the agreement exists), in connection with such online
contracts.
We offer a solution for this. You just need to follow these simple steps:
1. If you visited a website and you want to approve or agree to their online
contract or terms of use, then you notify us of:
A. Your intention to join the agreement.
B. The website name and link to the webpage where the contract is located.
2. We will review the information that you provided us, and we will save a
copy of the contract, unless of course, if the website itself will not allow
us to.
In case that we cannot save a copy of the contract (possibly because the
website would not allow us), then we will record the date and time when
you sent us the message or notice. Thus, it is understood that you want
to agree to their contract at that specific date and time, or at least
a few seconds/minutes before that date and time.
In case that we are also not allowed to do the above, and if we have
already tried our best, then we may not be able to help you. But, we know
there are provisions in the law which would allow us to save a copy of
the contract, and record the date & time you sent us the message, so
there's really no need to worry.
If possible, please inform us as soon as possible if you have found such
conditions in the contract which would prevent us from saving the copy
and/or record the date & time you sent the notice to us.
3. If possible, we will print a copy of the contract, with additional information
such as the following:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
This contract has been reviewed by the Juarez Group at this date and
time: Aug 20, 2005 11:00 am
Signature and name of the representative of the Juarez Group:
Signature and name of the client of Juarez Group:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Other important information will be added to this printed contract.
The client is you, and the representative is one of us. The purpose of
this addition and the signatures is to prove that the the terms and
conditions in the website are the same with the terms and conditions in
the printed form.
4. The printed contract will have a copy. We will give you the one and we'll
keep the other.
5. If a company sues you or says that you have violated the contract, we
will support you by showing the actual printed form of the contract that you
and the representative in the Juarez Group signed to.
In other words, we (or the Juarez Business) is acting as a witness to the
actual contract that you signed.
FAQS or Questions and Answers:
Notes: In this FAQ, the word "you" refers to YOU - the client or visitor
to our website, while "we" represents or refers to the Juarez Group.
1. Will the printed contract also be notarized (signed or approved/verified
by an attorney/lawyer)?
An attorney will read the contract and decide if it can be notarized.
2. What if we review and sign the printed contract, but later on or tomorrow
the online contract has changed?
There are ways to solve this problem:
A. The actual online contract that we will be able to read is the valid
one.
B. When you notify us, send us the copy of the online contract, so that
when we view the one in their website, we can compare it with your
copy.
If we found out that the two are not the same, then we will notify
you that the online contract has changed. If you accept the new online
contract, then we will review and compare the two again.
If the two are now identical or the same, then we will print them
immediately.
3. What should be done against those websites or companies which change their
contracts every 3 days, once week, or even daily?
We will send a message to them, requesting that they avoid changing their
contracts too often. In case that they ignore our request, then we will ask
you avoid signing a deal with such a website or company because you could
lose if something wrong happens.
4. What can you do to make sure that the contract you have read and the one
that we will read are the same or unchanged?
There are these following ways:
A. Send us the notice a few minutes before the schedules or times when
we are expected to surf the Internet. Please read this
Thus, there is a high possibility that the website or company might
not be able to change the contract within that few minutes of interval.
You can also inform us through our mobile number, so that we can read
our email as soon as possible.
5. What are the fees that you will provide?
If you can pay in US dollars: $0.17 per page of the contract. If you want
a copy of this contract, you only need to pay another more $0.17 per page.
Thus, there is a charge of $0.34 for the original and the copy.
Or, if you want to save money, we can print the original, and then
photocopy it. Each photocopy page only costs $0.04.
Once the contract has been printed, we will contact an attorney and inquire
how much must be paid to him/her so the contract will be notarized. We
will then notify you of the fee, which is more or less about $2.85 per
contract (or per copy if necessary). After you have paid the fee, we will
have it notarized.
Transportation costs required for us to visit an attorney, if applicable.
We will afterwards send the printed contract to you, along with a copy
(if available). When we send them to you, we have already signed them.
Please pay the fees required for us to send them to you. For example, if
we will use the services of Western Union to deliver them, kindly pay
us the appropriate or right fees.
After you have signed the contract and/or a copy of it, then you may
choose whether to send it or the copy to us, so that we may have a record
or file. In case that you have a problem related to this contract, we
may be able to review and read it as soon as possible.
