Conversion of the contract into an easy readable format

Most contracts contain lots of "technical" terms or "jargon." Often, those
terms and jargons are related to legal terms. Examples are:

Disclaimer
Limitations of Liability
Indemnity
etc.

It is estimated that for every two sentences in a particular contract, there
is at least one or two technical terms. The problem is, not all those who
read the contract can understand them, and often, there are misconceptions
or misunderstandings.

Such is also the reason why many people don't read contracts and instead
sign without understanding a major or large part of it. They simply put their
trust, thinking that they won't be cheated.

However, such is not often the case. Many people have been tricked into
signing contracts they understand (especially if they really need the deal).
They later on find out that they need to pay a large sum of money because
of a violation in the contract.

Thus, one of our services is to help people understand what they are really
signing for.

If you found a contract that you can hardly understand, or you are worried
that you may have overlooked or have not noticed something very important,
then we are here to help.

Simply send us a copy of the contract, or if it is located in a website
then kindly give us the link to the page where the contract can be found.
If the contract is in another electronic form or medium (examples: yahoo
group, CD, diskette, etc). then please inform us of how we can receive or
get such a copy. Or, you could give it to us instead.

We will read and evaluate it. Then, we will send you a message or file
containing the explanations about the contract.

If you want, we can also show or notarize the explained format to an attorney.

Examples of parts of contracts which are hard to understand.

Please note that the following lines are only a small fraction of an
  actual contract.

  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

You agree that (Insert/enter State name here) law, excluding conflict of
laws principles, will govern this agreement.

Explanation: The law being implemented in (State name) is the one to be
followed, except if there is a conflict of laws.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Explanation: The decision of such courts will be followed or honored. Also,
decisions of other courts will not be honored.

You agree that in no event will the Company be liable to you for any special,
  incidental or consequential damages.

Explanation: The Company will not pay you nor "fix" any damages that you
  will receive.

  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

You may have noticed that there is a big difference between the original
  lines and the explained lines.

You may also request that we place all of the explanations on separate
pieces of paper aside from the pages of the actual contract. For example:

  ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

  Explanations:

The law being implemented in (State name) is the one to be followed, except
if there is a conflict of laws.

The decision of such courts will be followed or honored. Also, decisions of
other courts will not be honored.

The Company will not pay you nor "fix" any damages that you will receive.

The fees are very affordable:

$5.36 per day per person who will read and explain the contents of the
contract. You may, however, have the option of paying only $0.67 per hour,
but please pay in advance (or at least 50%) of it before we start reading
the contract.

If you want the explained format to be read or notarized by an attorney,
please pay the fees in advance before we visit the attorney. Kindly pay for
his/her fees and transportation costs. Transportation costs are usually less
than $1.

If you want the explained format to be in printed form, you only need to pay
for $0.18 per page, plus the transfer fees required for us to send you the
document(s). For example, let's suppose that we will send you the document
through Western Union, kindly provide the fee that we will pay to Western
Union.

At your request, we can send you the documents through email or online, as
long as the total size of the document(s) is between 1 MB - 1.5 MB (about
the size of a medium-sized book). This delivery service is free.

Delivery service used: (Example: Western Union)
Pin number (if applicable or provided):
You may also choose to to send us a text (cellphone/mobile) message with
your name, the pin number, and the contract number for that payment.

I would like to request for a conversion of the following contract into an
   easier or readable form.

Separate the explanations from the original contract? In other words,
place the explanations in its own file or folder/pages? (yes or no)
Do you want the explanations notarized by an attorney?
Print the pages of the explanations?

If we need to send documents to you, what delivery service do you prefer
that we use? (Example: Western Union)

What information does that delivery service require if we will send you
the document(s): Example: Western Union requires your name.

   Please paste/type the contract here
