How to copy + paste information
Using your mouse
Using the left button on your mouse, click/press the start of the paragraph
or line which you want to copy. For example: if you want to copy the
following line:
This is a sentence.
Click the area before the letter "T," but don't let go of the button
yet. In other words, after clicking it, still continue "pressing" the
button.
Then, move your mouse from its current position to the right, until the
mouse cursor (or pointer) has reached the end of the sentence. You will
notice that the "background" of the sentence becomes colored blue. This
means that the mouse or your computer has recognized the entire sentence.
You may let go of the mouse button now.
Then, position your mouse cursor/pointer over the sentence. Press the
right button (this is also called right-clicking). You will notice that
a "menu" or list appeared near the mouse pointer.
There is a choice in the menu called "Copy." Choose it by moving your
mouse pointer down and clicking on "Copy." The computer will then copy
the sentence in its memory.
You may then paste the sentence in Notepad, MS Word, or email. Any text-
editing tool or software can also accept such. To paste, simply follow
these steps:
Click on the area where you want the information to be pasted. Right-click
then select "Paste."
