What we don't accept
We usually do not create/sell products/services which are related to the
following:
A. Purely sexual with no art whatsoever. Artistic sexual art can be
permitted/allowed (unless of course, if it is illegal in the countries
where we are in).
B. Extreme/excessive/disgusting violence. Mild violence or battles are
ok, since such are usually shown in legitimate movies. We will permit/
allow moderate or tolerable violence, as long as they are not disgusting
to us nor to our artists.
C. Any item/service which is harmful to us, our partners, friends, etc.
For example: We won't advertise anything which could harm the reputation
or "feelings" of our partners, friends, etc.
In other words, please do not request products/services from us which you
know are illegal in most countries.

How you can monitor us while we work
Most customers want to communicate with us while we process their requests.
For example: a customer wants to coordinate/communicate through the use of
Yahoo! Messenger, which is similar to an online chatting system. While
we are creating a customized online card for him, he wants us to inform
him of any progress or improvement with the work.
He also wants us to send the portion(s) of the card every 10 minutes, so
he could see if we are doing the right thing.
This is fine with us. We want to make customers happy by satisfying what
they really have in mind. Thus, you can request that we coordinate with
you by informing us of the schedule(s) when you may be contacted online.
Or, you can try checking if we are online through yahoo! messenger and
other online means/methods.

If you have complaints
We want to know if you are satisfied with our products or not. A complaint
from a consumer could help us to know about our mistakes and we may be able
to fix such a mistake or problem.
Thus, please inform us if we are unable to do or give what we promised. If
it is our fault or mistake, then we may be able to fix the problem or damage
by sending to you an improved or good-quality version of the product/service
that you requested.
Or, we can give you alternatives, which you could probably even like more than
the original product/item that you requested.
In case that we have successfully sent the product to you in good form or
quality, but you accidentally damaged or destroyed it, then kindly inform
us and we may decide to resend the product to you (unless of course, if we
need to spend a lot of money or resources to re-send such).
However, whatever the case may be, we always welcome negotiations. So, kindly
inform us of the things that you want us to know.
If you found a broken link or a missing page in our website, please let us
know. You may also request something from us in return for the information
that you will provide.

Please note: any type of abuse on us or our system will either be ignored or
dealt with. We define an abuse as one or more of the following:
1. Sending files or information which are unnecessary or not important.
2. Insults
3. Deception/fraud/lying - if you give us false information
4. Destructive and/or harmful actions.
If you abuse us or our system(s), you agree to:
1. Pay a fine or penalty which is enough for the damages and to recover from
such.
2. An extra fine of 15,000 to 20,000 pesos aside from the above penalty (or
higher if the law so provides or demands).
3. Receive one or more advertisements or promotional materials from us should
we choose to send such to you. Since you abused the system, you will not
complain neither will you stop (nor attempt to stop) our actions.
4. Allow us to cancel any of your requested services/products, and/or
privileges/memberships should we choose to do so. We will not refund
neither return anything that belongs to you.
5. Be blacklisted should we choose to do so. Being blacklisted means that
you could be banned (or have a bad reputation) from our partners, and
anyone that is connected to us. The public could also know of your actions
to prevent you from dealing more damage.
