This is the list of the basic fees which we usually charge from those who
request for our products and/or services. Depending on your request, you may
need to provide one or more of the following requirements before we start
processing/creating your request.
Please note that all prices are negotiable (you may request for a lower
price or offer a higher price for better services). Also, you may choose to
convert the following currencies/money into Philippine pesos or, you could
ask the delivery service (example: Western Union) to convert the currency for
you.
1. Labor costs. $9 per worker/employee per day (or 8 hours), who will work for
your requested product/service. This is almost equivalent or the same as
$1.14 per hour.
2. Printing costs (if applicable or required).
For each text-only page (no graphics) that we print, there is a small fee
of $0.18. Each photocopy (also called xerox copy) page costs oly $0.04.
However, we recommend that you request for printed pages since they are
usually clearer.
Printing costs per full-size colored image is only $2.14 (white/coupon bond
paper: small or letter size).
3. Transportation costs (if required).
Transportation costs are minimal or low. We usually only require about $2
per day per worker for transportation costs, and the worker can visit up
to 3 or more locations/cities.
4. Internet and computer-related costs.
Most of the time these costs are already included in the labor costs. This
means that there are times when we don't charge for Internet and/or
computer-related fees.
For example, if the product has a size of 1 MB - 1.5 MB, then we choose
not to charge/require for emailing/Internet fees. Most of our products
have a size between 1 MB - 1.5 MB.
However, in case that we do charge you for such, they usually cost only
$0.46 to $0.55 per hour (or $0.08 to $0.10 per ten minutes). There is a
discounted price of $0.28 per hour if the computer/Internet is used for at
least 4 hours straight (this discount is available only if we start from
10 am (Philippines' time).
5. Mailing and or storage costs.
If you want us to send products through mail (which can be saved/stored
in mediums/(storage devices) such as CDs (compact disks), diskettes, etc.,)
then you only need to pay for additional fees which we will use to buy such
storage devices, and to mail the products to you.
A CD or diskette costs about $0.36.
Kindly consult or ask a delivery service near you (such as LBC), for their
delivery fees.
6. Lawyer/Attorney's fees and/or expenses (if needed)
Some services include notarization(s) and/or verification/reading by a
lawyer. If you request for such, these extra fees depend on the laywer
who we will hire or contact for you.
7. Taxes. If import/export and/or other taxes are required, then kindly include
them in the fee that you will send to us, or you can pay them yourself if
you wish. Please note that we sometimes give considerations (we pay for
the taxes ourselves if they are minimal or bearable to us).
